Seriously, this is absolutely absurd. I placed an order last week got it a couple days later, nice and fast. One problem, it was missing a can of Battleship Grey and Smurf Blue Ironlak each.

Left 2 emails and a message on your machine and still havent heard anything back. I'd like to keep ordering from here, but I really cant seeing myself do that until you guys manage to send me the paint I ordered and paid for.

Yea to anybody reading this, i'd go ahead and buy from another site.

They skimped on an order, and now apparently either refuse to do right, or they're still blissfully unaware of the situation despite my calls and emails.

Either way, you're better off buying from someplace else. Art Primo or Oinkartltd are much more deserving of your business.

Wish you cats grew up in the 80's... there was no online shit to buy paint...but the plus side was.. there was no big brother to get caught. (Hence Cameras)

Oh and PSSSS if you all were writers you would rack paint..oh back to my first statement..cameras.

thanks for the support! we were definitely struggling last week so the frustration is probably justified.  Anyway if the email is lagging just hit us up on the 888 number at the top of the page, it can be faster and will clear any questions up a-lot quicker.

I've had a similar problem with an on-line order I placed [Order No.12102] for a Cope 2 Limited Edition Board Canvas.  I placed this order and paid back on April 28th.  Despite repeated calls and e-mails to Customer Support, I've yet to get any kind of reply.  I think I've been very patient, but it's almost 3 months later and still no work regarding my order.

I'd appreciate if someone could let me know what's going on with my order.  Thanks!

i cant say my order has been messed up, but i did screw up on the shipping address. i have called and left a voice mail, and i have sent an email. i am going to be patient for about a week with out a response. then i will blow up the service people's phone and email. i know that i messed up and sent it to some where that doesn't exist, but i think if it could be fixed i can repay for the shipping and such. if someone could get a hold of me and explain if this is possible, i really wouldn't want 60 bucks of my money getting thrown away.. i respect that this is a smaller business, and time is needed to figure stuff out. but i'd like a response as soon as my email and call are listened to/looked at. i apologize for my ignorance, and hope for the best when it comes down to my order. (order number is 13239) i appreciate the help i may get in the future, and i will continue to buy from this site. this does happen to be my first time purchasing paint/markers/stickers/ect. from online. so i hope it is a pleasant experience.

Could you take the time to personally respond to me, considering I started the topic, and still havent received my paint yet.

Its been over a month since I first contacted this company about my order getting screwed up, and nothing has been done about yet. Despite the fact that you're obviously now aware. Got to say i'm more than a little disappointed.

Seriously, im in a state of awe here. In the years and years I've ordered things online i've never had an issue like this before. I don't mind accidents, I just expect them to be fixed. Please for the love of god, send me my spraypaint.

so i ordered two ironlak reloads and two pilot markers on sunday i received them today and when i opened the box everything was there exept the lids and caps and now i dont have any caps that fit and im kinda bummed out because i wanted to use them as soon as possible

my problem was resolved. if i was any of the other people, id contact the yahoo/msn/aol dude. he helped me out a lot. thanks for helping me get my stuff asap! im sorry all the other guys didnt get theirs as fast, or yet.. it shouldnt be that way.

I am making this message to apologize halfway. So I finally got an email saying my order was shipped so I got the tracking number and checked how far away my package was and turns out they sent it out the day I made the order so thanks staff but work on updating the status because i was really worried. I will make one last comment when i get the package telling everyone if my package was complete or not. So at least this order wasnt a complete bust.

I spoke to soon. You guys left out six whole montana cans. REALLY???? I called once but straight to voicemail I will start filling up your voicemail soon and bugging the shop. People don't have money lying around to give away I need what I paid for. And yes you guys really did mess up. Someone must have not been doing a very careful job and skipped over the quantity saying 2 not 1! please can someone get back to me. give me a call or something. Im either getting my money back or the product i ordered or something better!. My dad owns a small business and he pays extra detail to everything so customers come back. I hope everyone reads all these posts. I shouldve just drove to LA and bought the paint at the store. so disappointed. Fix my problem and I will gladly leave good happy posts/reviews. I just expect to get what I order and PAY for.

 I too am missing an item from order. This was my first time ordering from this site, and i would love to support a local art shop, but i can't see myself doing that if this a common problem. 

My (order# 13475) is missing one can of ironlak 400ml cameleon green.

 

I need to make another paint purchase soon, yet i am seriously considering oinkartltd or artprimo if this problem fails to be fixed.
