1: Where is Your Retail Store Located?

Ans: Our flagship retail store is located at:

Store Hours: Monday-Sunday 12PM - 8PM

2: How long does it take to process my order?

Ans: Generally it takes about 24-48 hours to process an order. If there is an issue with your order we do our bet to contact you to let you know about any possible delays or problems. Occasionally an order will take longer to ship due to stock fluctuations.

3: How do you ship orders?

Ans: How an order ships is based on the following factors: Domestic or International Order, order does or does not contain Graffiti Art Supplies.

Domestic Orders NOT Containing Graffiti Art Supplies
Domestic orders that do not contain any graffiti art supplies ship via UPS. The customer can choose from the following shipping options at checkout:

UPS Ground (takes up to 4 business days within the USA)
UPS 3-Day
UPS 2-Day
UPS Overnight

Domestic Orders CONTAINING Graffiti Art Supplies:
Domestic orders that contain Graffiti Art Supplies are designated as ORM-D consumer commodity. These orders can ONLY be shipped to the lower 48 states via UPS Ground. Any order placed for delivery in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally that contains Graffiti Art Supplies will be flagged and cancelled.

International Orders:
International orders can NOT contain graffiti art supplies. Any international order that contains Graffiti Art supplies will be flagged and cancelled prior to shipping. All International orders ship via: US Postal Service Priority Mail (the US Postal Service has recently changed over to ONLY allowing Priority shipping for international packages).

4: What is your Return Policy?

Ans: We do not accept returns unless products are defective.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU WANT THE PRODUCTS YOU ARE ORDERING.

Returning Defective products

A defective product is a product that due to manufacturer error is non-functional.

In order to return a defective product, ship the defective items along with your ORDER number that the product was included in as well as your contact information.

When we receive the defective product we will verify that the product is in fact defective. If the product is defective, we will issue a refund for the amount of the product. If the product is in fine working order we will not issue a refund and only return the product in the event that you wish to pay to have it shipped back.

We do not accept returns on Paint or markers that are claimed to be defective but have been used more than 20% of their marking liquid/material. If over 20% of the product has been used we will be unable to return the product to the manufacturer. If we receive a product that is over 20% used we will not issue a refund and only return the product in the event that you wish to pay to have it shipped back.

This policy may be changed and updated at any time.
