Stencil Caps were created to allow you to get those ultra-fine detail lines you need in your work.  They are compatible with almost every spray paint including US and Non-US cans. The cap fits around valve ring at the top of can surrounding the spray cap. The stencil cap allow the user to use any spray cap in conjunction with it.
